Caroline Fallu

Caroline Fallu is a Sr. Partner Services Specialist at Catalate. Caroline has also worked as an Instructor of French at Kennesaw State University and as a Préposée à la bibliothèque/Library Clerk at Ville de Gatineau.

Born in Canada, Caroline has always been interested in languages and cultures. Caroline started learning French in elementary school and continued their studies through high school and university. After completing their undergraduate degree in French Studies, they decided to pursue a career in teaching.

Caroline began their teaching career in 2006 at Ville de Gatineau, where they worked as a Préposée à la bibliothèque/Library Clerk. In this role, they were responsible for helping library patrons find the resources they needed and providing customer service.

In 2012, Caroline began working as an Instructor of French at Kennesaw State University. In this role, they were responsible for teaching French 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002 and 3302 (Conversation) to university students and adult learners of various backgrounds. Caroline also devised lesson plans and syllabi, provided feedback on students' work, and constructed online lowel-level (1001, 1002, 2001 and 2002) university French courses.

In their current role as Sr. Partner Services Specialist at Catalate, Caroline is responsible for providing customer service and support to Catalate's partners. Caroline also manages partner relationships, provides training and technical support, and assists with product development and implementation.

Caroline Fallu has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Français/Théâtre from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, and a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature with a Minor in Theatre from the University of Ottawa.

They work with Kevin Zequeira - PS Specialist, Norris Johnson - Catalate Support Manager. Their manager is Beth Lovell, Sr. Manager, Partner Services.
