Anibal Carlo has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Anibal served as the Vice President & General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they implemented operational improvements and managed a large budget and workforce across multiple facilities. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Global Injectables Operations Systems and Vice President US Injectables at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where they oversaw manufacturing operations and played a crucial role in ramping up production during the COVID-19 pandemic. Anibal also served as the Vice President & General Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading a transformation of the company's biotechnology facility. Anibal began their career at Pfizer, where they held several roles, including Site Operations Leader and Director of Aseptic/Parenteral Operations, and played a key role in improving performance and managing the decommissioning of a plant.
