Carolyn Berg has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Carolyn is currently the Vice President of Business Development, Inhalation at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Cipla USA, Inc. as the Head of U.S. Commercial and BD&L, where they led strategic planning and business development initiatives in the neurology and respiratory fields. Carolyn also held the position of Commercial Head, Americas, Respiratory and Head of Mexico at Cipla, where they directed international marketing and implemented successful commercial strategies. Before joining Cipla, they served as the Group Director of Healthcare at JeffreyGroup, where they led the agency's healthcare practice and contributed to its growth. Carolyn's earlier experience includes working as a Growth Marketing & Business Consultant at Avansa Consulting LLC and as the U.S. Product Marketing Director, Respiratory at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Carolyn also has experience in marketing and sales roles at Merck. Throughout their career, Carolyn has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of success in driving business growth and launching successful products.

Carolyn Berg holds a Bachelor of Journaism degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin. Carolyn also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French from the same university. In addition, Carolyn obtained an Associate's degree/Certificate in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Carolyn further pursued their education and completed an International Master's of Business Administration (IMBA) from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Carolyn has also obtained various certifications, including Achieving Digital Dexterity, Leading Virtually, Leading a Customer Centric Organization, Building a Paid Media Strategy, Leading in the Digital Era, and The Agile Leader, all from Skillsoft. Additionally, they hold a Medical Writer certification from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), obtained in 2010.
