Debra Ialamov

Debra Ialamov has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT and program management fields. Debra started their career at iTraining as a Trainer and Training Manager before moving on to Foschini as a Service Management Center Manager. Debra then joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Global IS Client Services Manager. Debra continued to grow their career at Dow Jones as an Operations Process Manager. Debra's career progression led their to Iron Mountain, where they held positions as the Director of the Global IT Program Management Office and later as the VP of the Vendor & Program Management Office. Most recently, Debra worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they served as the Director of the IT PMO and Program Governance, the Director of Global IT PMO and Clinical Supply IT Lead, and ultimately as the Head of IT PMO. Debra is currently employed at Ricoh USA, Inc. as the Enterprise Director of Strategy & Planning.

Debra Ialamov obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stellenbosch University during the period of 1994 to 1997. Debra also holds additional certifications including Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from APMG International in 2021, ITIL Service Manager in 2005, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
