Isabelle Schildbach

Isabelle Schildbach has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Isabelle started their career at Merz in 2014 as an intern in the development department. In 2015, they worked as a Masterand at TICEBA GmbH before moving to agap2 Deutschland - Life Sciences in 2016 as a Fachspezialist Life Science. In 2017, Isabelle joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Process Validation Specialist and went on to hold various roles including Team Lead Validation & Qualification and Interim Team Lead Quality on the Shopfloor. Isabelle is currently serving as the Head of QA Operations Compliance at Catalent Pharma Solutions.

Isabelle Schildbach completed a Master of Science degree in Biotechnologie /Biopharmazeutische Technologie from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the same institution from 2010 to 2014. Isabelle also obtained additional certifications in "Mehr Ausstrahlung mit dem Charisma-Code" and "Body Language for Women" from LinkedIn in 2020.
