Jana Nees

Jana Nees has over 25 years of work experience across various industries. Jana is currently working as a Principal Quality Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Previously, they worked as a Consultant, Process Engineer at Elanco from December 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager, Engineering Management at Cardinal Health from October 2014 to November 2018. Jana has also worked as an Associate QA Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company in August and October 2014. Jana held multiple roles at Cook Pharmica, including Technical Alliance Manager, Primary Manufacturing Manager, and Process Specialist from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pfizer Inc as a Technical Specialist and Team Leader from 2006 to 2008, and at Aleris Rolled Products as an Engineering & Maintenance Manager from 2005 to 2006. Jana started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Great Dane Trailers from 1995 to 2000, and prior to that, they worked as a Plant Superintendent at Specialty Blanks, Inc from 2000 to 2005.

Jana Nees has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Technology from Indiana State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Jana also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an Applied Management Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they earned between 2008 and 2011.
