Joanne Humble

Joanne Humble has a strong background in quality assurance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple industries. Joanne started their career at sanofi-aventis, where they held various technical roles focused on new product industrialization and technical support. Joanne then moved on to Ipsen, where they served as the Head of Operational Excellence and later as the IT Transformation Director. In these roles, Joanne implemented lean six sigma methodologies and led teams to drive sustainable improvement. Currently, Joanne is working at Catalent Pharma Solutions, first as the Director of Quality Systems Improvement and then as the Global Director of Continuous Improvement. Their responsibilities at Catalent include implementing a central learning organization, establishing a business operating system, and improving deviation management and change control processes across multiple manufacturing sites. Joanne has extensive experience collaborating with executives, site leaders, and associates to achieve organizational goals.

Joanne Humble obtained a Bsc degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester, from 1989 to 1992. Joanne further pursued their education at Staffordshire University, where they completed their Ph.D in Chemistry between 1994 and 1997.
