Larry J. Cichon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Larry J. started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Cast Area Lead from 1999 to 2002. Larry J. then joined Nemak in 2002 as a Production & Maintenance Supervisor, where they supervised skilled trades and hourly employees, achieving the highest production output in the facility's history during their tenure.

In 2003, Larry moved to Accucaps Industries Ltd. as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager, leading various projects focused on site renovations, equipment design, and process improvements. Larry J. eventually became the Director of Strategic Projects, responsible for capital engineering, new product launch excellence, and information technologies across multiple pharmaceutical facilities.

Larry's most recent work experience is with Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they held various roles since 2017. Larry J. started as the Head of Business Transformation for Softgel Canada and quickly progressed to become the Head of Engineering for Softgel Canada. Larry J. further advanced to become the Global Director of Continuous Improvement & Technology and then the Site Director for Softgel Technologies in Canada. Most recently, Larry served as the General Manager for Softgel Technologies in Canada and the Regional General Manager for Consumer Health in North America. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions.

Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and budgets, achieving regulatory approvals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Larry J. Cichon earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended St. Clair College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologist. In 1998, they completed a program in Tool and Die Technology/Technician at St. Clair College, focusing on General Machining.
