Layton Henderson

Layton Henderson, MSc, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Site Readiness at Catalent Pharma Solutions since January 2014, Layton has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Operational Excellence and Technology. Prior to Catalent, Layton contributed to Nestlé UK & I as Focused Improvement Pillar Leader, implementing methodologies across seven manufacturing plants. Layton's career began in the Royal Navy, where as a Diver and Marine Engineer, skills in underwater engineering and equipment maintenance were developed. Academic accomplishments include an MSc in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham and a BA in Business Studies from The Open University.
