Marco Rovardi

Marco Rovardi currently serves as the Engineering, Maintenance and Site Facility Director and Manufacturing Technology and NPI Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions since January 2020. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Drug Product Technology Associate Director and Manufacturing Technology Team Site Leader from January 2007 to January 2020. From 1998 to 2007, Marco was engaged with Pfizer as the Packaging Technology Manager and previously as the Production Equipment Manager. Earlier in Marco's career, experience included roles as Project & Production Manager at COMAG, Project Manager at Molding Systems (SNIA), and Process Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company. Marco holds a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering from Università La Sapienza-Roma, earned between 1978 and 1985, and a diploma from Liceo Classico - Arpino, completed in 1978. Additional education was received at SDA Bocconi from 2005 to 2006.
