Ramon Ceron

Ramon Ceron has extensive experience in treasury roles, starting with their current position as the Vice President and Treasurer at Catalent Pharma Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Howmet Aerospace as the Vice President Treasurer from 2020 to 2022, where they led a team across multiple countries and executed the company's lowest ever bond coupon. From 2019 to 2020, Ramon was the Vice President, Treasurer at Atkore International, where they transformed the treasury function into a value-added partner to the leadership team. Ramon also served as the Vice President, Treasurer at Prysmian Group from 2016 to 2018, successfully restructuring the treasury organization. Before joining Prysmian Group, Ramon held various treasury positions at Pitney Bowes, including Vice President Global Treasury Planning and Assistant Treasurer. Ramon also worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Senior Treasury Manager and at Delphi Automotive as a Senior Treasury Analyst. Ramon began their career at AT&T as a Corporate Ergonomist.

Ramon Ceron holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Ramon then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1993. Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, Ramon completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Accounting at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
