Randy Henrickson

Randy Henrickson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Randy started their career at Merck in 1997 as a Senior Engineer, specializing in bioprocessing R&D and sterile process technology. After five years, they joined Amgen as a Process Engineering Manager. In 2006, they moved to Insmed, Inc. as the Manager of Process Engineering. Randy then joined Merck again in 2009 as the Director of Technical Operations. In 2014, they became the Senior Vice President of Operations at KBI Biopharma. In 2016, they joined Pharmatech Associates as the Director of Product and Process Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations Cell & Gene Therapy at Catalent Pharma Solutions, and as of March 2022, they have been promoted to the role of VP and Head of Gene Therapy.

Randy Henrickson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
