Robert Ciolek has extensive legal work experience. Robert worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2016 to present, initially as an Associate General Counsel and later as the Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Regulatory, Compliance & Litigation. In this role, they provided legal advice on global regulatory issues related to the development and manufacturing of medical, dietary supplement, and cosmetic products. Robert also advised clients on FDA regulations and conducted internal investigations. Prior to that, Ciolek worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. from 2004 to 2015 as a Senior Corporate Counsel, where they provided legal counsel to various business units and medical organizations. Before that, they worked at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 1997 to 2004 as an Associate, specializing in environmental litigation and representing clients in administrative proceedings.

Robert Ciolek has a strong educational background. Robert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University in 1983, followed by a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Mount Saint Mary's Seminary between 1983 and 1987. Continuing their education, Ciolek pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, which they completed in 1996. Following their legal studies, they obtained additional certifications by being admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bar, with the New York Bar admission obtained in 1997 and the New Jersey Bar admission obtained in 1996.
