Rosalinda Piccolo has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. At Catalent Pharma Solutions, Rosalinda served as Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, partnering strategically with business units to drive talent development and succession planning. Prior to that role, Rosalinda led the Global Learning & Development organization, implementing training solutions to meet strategic goals. At Labcorp Drug Development, as Associate Director, Rosalinda partnered with various leaders to develop learning strategies and led a global training team. Rosalinda's career began at Novartis, where as Associate Director, Rosalinda managed large-scale initiatives to support strategic processes for over 4,000 associates. Rosalinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University.
