Shannon Putnam

Shannon Putnam is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and consumer health industries, currently serving as Sr. Director of Business Development for Consumer Health Strategic Accounts at Catalent Pharma Solutions since January 2020. In this role, Shannon manages key accounts and drives the identification, negotiation, and securing of development and commercial supply agreements, aligning with Catalent's Patient First philosophy to enhance processes that ensure quality drug products reach patients. Prior experience includes significant roles at ACG Worldwide, where Shannon progressed from Sales Manager to Senior Manager, overseeing sales for two-piece capsules across various markets, and a notable tenure at Qualicaps that established the machinery division in North America. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business.
