Alicia Arganza

Alicia Arganza, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational leadership and HR administration. Currently serving as the Director of People, Performance, and Strategy at Catalight, Alicia has previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at Capital One. Additional experience includes managing international operations at NCO Group as Client & Contact Center Manager and leading a branch at SunTrust Bank as Branch Manager. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on HR Administration from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
