M.j. Kevin G. McCaslin

Kevin G. McCaslin, M.J. has over 17 years of experience in the field of ethics and compliance. Kevin G. currently serves as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at Catalight Foundation since September 2019. Prior to this, they held a similar position at Easterseals Northern California from March 2019 to September 2019.

Before joining Easterseals Northern California, Kevin founded and worked as a consultant at Information Privacy and Security in 2017-2018, providing guidance on compliance related matters.

From 2002 to 2017, Kevin was associated with Tenet Healthcare, where they held various positions including Information Privacy & Security Compliance Officer, Director of Compliance Analytics, Manager of Compliance Reporting, Information Security Specialist, and Development Specialist in the Law Department. In these roles, they drove compliance strategies, managed compliance systems, led operational performance analyses, and oversaw investigations pertaining to privacy and security.

Kevin G. McCaslin, M.J. pursued their education in a chronological manner. Kevin G. first attended DeVry University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems. Following this, Kevin furthered their studies at Loyola University Chicago School of Law from 2012 to 2015, receiving a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) degree with a specialization in Health Law. Additionally, Kevin holds a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US) from the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals), which they obtained in 2006 and has maintained ever since.
