Tara Kousha

Tara Kousha serves as the Chief Wellbeing + Experience Officer at Catalight, where leadership focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of employees, families, and clients. As the founder of Coaching for a Cause LLC, Tara offers strategic executive coaching and consultancy to over 300 organizations and executives, emphasizing inclusivity and justice-driven environments. Previous experience includes coaching at YVC, where Tara led efforts to empower communities, and significant roles at Google, where responsibilities encompassed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs, as well as marketing for higher education. Tara's foundational education includes a BA in Literature, Economics, and Social Justice from Rutgers University.
