Carlos Rodarte

Carlos Rodarte currently serves as the Director of Business Administration at Catalina Island Conservancy, where responsibilities include overseeing contract management, property management, risk mitigation, and compliance. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager and General Manager at Offerpad, where Carlos was responsible for regional market development and P&L performance in a real estate start-up. At Zillow, Carlos held the position of General Manager, managing field operations and establishing a top-performing regional office. Additional experience encompasses roles in acquisitions and property management at Aperture Real Estate, as well as project management with Wedgewood Inc. Carlos co-founded R and R Home Investments and founded Roda Construction INC, leading residential rehabilitation projects. Carlos began a career in construction as an Assistant Foreman at CW Construction, Inc. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from California State University-San Bernardino.
