Deborah Honadel

Deborah Honadel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading organizational transformation and enhancing employee engagement. Currently serving as Chief of Human Resources at Catalina Island Conservancy, Deborah drives strategic initiatives to align HR functions with organizational goals. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Advisor at StratComp Consulting, and Director/Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MUFG, where Deborah successfully implemented HR strategies that improved employee engagement scores and reduced turnover rates. Deborah’s prior experience at Bank of America includes various senior leadership positions focused on workforce strategy, HR strategy, and compensation across a diverse employee base. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Health Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from California State University, Northridge.
