Wendy Natividad currently serves as the Membership & Grants Coordinator at Catalina Island Conservancy, where responsibilities include managing membership operations and tracking grant activities. Previous roles encompass Development Assistant at the Conservancy, where engagement with members was key, and various leadership positions at The Pack Theater, including Artistic Director and Co-Artistic Director, where Wendy nurtured bold programming.
