Heather Lord

Heather Lord has extensive experience in talent development and management, currently serving as Sr Talent & Learning Manager at Catalina USA since September 1996, with previous roles including Senior Learning Manager, Learning Manager, Curriculum Developer, Client Director, and Platform Training Specialist. Prior to joining Catalina USA, Heather held the position of General Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy from 1993 to 1996. Heather Lord earned a degree in Retail Management within the Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences field from Purdue University between 1988 and 1993.
