Katie McKenzie

Katie McKenzie started their work experience in 2005 as a Public Relations Intern at Higher Advertising. Katie then worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Randall Brittain CPA, PC from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Catalina USA and held various roles including Account Executive, Team Lead, and Manager in the Account Services and Media departments. Katie later transitioned to roles in Global Performance Excellence, Business Process Innovation, and Customer Experience Management. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Operations Planning & Quality Assurance at Catalina USA, a position they have held since January 2021.

Katie McKenzie has a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida. Katie also holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
