Rafia Moazam

Rafia Moazam has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as an Environmental Analyst/Consultant at IPC Pvt Ltd. Rafia then joined Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. in 2013 as a GIS Analyst/Technical Trainer, where they provided support for various GIS solutions and completed GIS-related tasks for clients. In 2017, Rafia joined MuniSight as a GIS Analyst and Trainer, where they served as a lead configurator for GIS software applications and provided first and second-tier support for GIS solutions. Rafia also held the positions of GIS/Customer Success Team Lead and Operations Manager at MuniSight. Rafia then joined CATALIS in 2022 as a Software Support Manager and later became the Director of Software Support, establishing and leading an advanced department to optimize software performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Throughout their career, Rafia has emphasized team leadership and fostering a positive work environment. Rafia has also taught courses as a Visiting Faculty member at the University of the Punjab, teaching Geo-informatics and environmental management to students.

Rafia Moazam obtained their MSc degree in Environmental Sciences from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi from 2002 to 2004. Rafia also completed their Matriculation from Roots School System Rawalpindi. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a certification in Leadership, Team-Building, and Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors, which they expect to obtain in 2023 from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack.
