Paulina Nawrocka

Paulina Nawrocka's work experience begins in 2012 with a role as an Assistant at UNICEF Supply Division in Copenhagen. In 2013, they worked as an English Teacher at CS Meritum. In 2015, they had a brief trainee position in the department of organization at Progress Project. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Gemius, starting as a Junior Analyst and progressing to become a Junior Project Manager and Product Owner. In 2020, they joined Catalogic Software Inc. as a Scrum Master & IT Project Manager.

Paulina Nawrocka's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of Warsaw to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy, which they completed in 2011. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography. Paulina then went on to the University of Warsaw again and earned their Master's degree in Geology between 2013 and 2015.

Later on, in 2015-2016, Paulina attended the Military University of Technology, where they focused on studying GIS, remote sensing, and photogrammetry in national economy, defense, and environmental protection.

Aside from their formal education, Paulina Nawrocka has also obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the Prince2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in December 2020, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
