Isabel Moya

Isabel Moya serves as the Head of the Minister's Secretariat at the Ministry for European Union and Foreign Action in Generalitat de Catalunya since June 2021, having previously held similar roles within the Ministry for Foreign Action and European Union and the Ministry for Economy and Finance. With extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at RACC and Media Markt Iberia, as well as in other administrative roles for various organizations since 1990, Isabel has developed a strong background in administration and support. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master's in Public Relations, Communication, and Protocol from ESERP Business & Law School, and a Master's Degree in Translation and Technologies from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
