Heidi Betzinger

Heidi Betzinger has over 17 years of work experience. Heidi began their career in 2002, working for various companies until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were employed at ThedaCare, where they held multiple roles including SMARTCare Quality Manager and Project Manager Information Technology. Since 2015, they have been a Program Director at Catalysis Inc., where they lead a team and provides project management for the Catalysis Transformation Journey. Heidi also builds relationships and matches members with appropriate products to accelerate their transformation journey.

Heidi Betzinger completed their education at Lakeland College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing in 2012. Heidi then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Heidi also holds various certifications, including being a Certified Health and Life Coach/Massage Therapist, completing a Kanban Class, participating in ThedaCare's Leadership TIS Internship, participating in ThedaCare's Managing program, and earning a Project Management Institute certification.
