Britney Cretella (Thompson)

Britney (Thompson) Cretella is an experienced professional with a diverse skill set in client services, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at Catalysis since August 2015, Britney has previously held roles including Marketing Program Manager, Project Manager, and Interactive Producer within the same company. Prior to Catalysis, Britney gained valuable experience as a Web Presence Strategy Intern at The Sage Group, LLC, where leadership of a peer consulting team and development of a branding growth strategy were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Community Engagement and Marketing Liaison at Seattle Pacific University, where a comprehensive social media strategy was launched, and numerous outreach initiatives were executed. Britney began a career in customer service at Sound Credit Union and Gateway Community Federal Credit Union. Britney holds a Master of Arts in Social and Sustainable Business Management from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Montana.
