Monica Gonzalez is an experienced clinical research professional with extensive expertise in global project management, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Global Project Director at Catalyst Clinical Research since April 2022, Monica is responsible for managing interdisciplinary clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and acting as a liaison between the company and customers. Prior experience includes a role as a Global Trial Leader at ICON plc/Janssen, where Monica oversaw clinical projects in Vaccine Oncology and other phases, and as a Senior Project Manager at Envision Clinical Research, managing multiple complex projects across various clients.
