Terry Gilchrest has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Terry is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Catalyst Dental Allies, where they focus on scaling the company and implementing strategies for growth. Prior to this, Terry worked as an Agent at CARR, a national real estate firm specializing in tenant and buyer representation. Terry also held the position of General Manager at Patterson Dental, where they achieved significant sales and profit growth. Before entering the dental industry, Terry worked at Hulcher Services as a National Account Manager, managing a major client relationship. Terry started their career at UPS, where they held various roles, including Region Coordinator of International Sales, Region Sales Training Manager, and Telesales Manager, among others. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, sales management, and operational efficiency improvement.
Terry Gilchrest obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, where they attended from 1993 to 1997.
