Evan Colton

Evan Colton is an experienced executive and consultant with a diverse background in strategic operations, marketing, and development across various sectors. As the Executive Director at Integral Strategies since September 2015, Evan has provided consulting and analysis to enhance the growth of sustainable organizations globally. Concurrently, as a Consultant for Catalyst Energy Advisors, Evan improves operations and oversees complex report projects in energy and international development. As the President and Founder of Read and Prosper, a Nairobi nonprofit, Evan has focused on improving access to education. Additional roles include strategic consultancy for The Collaborative, operations management at GIVEWATTS, and business development at Distributed Sun. Earlier career experiences included co-founding Incenergy to manage emission reduction projects. Evan holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in History from Rice University, complemented by varied training from organizations such as the Conscious Leadership Group and NOLS.
