Delia Elena Galan

Delia Elena Galan is an experienced professional in income assistance and customer service. Currently serving as an Income Assistant Specialist at Catalyst Housing Limited since November 2017, Delia focuses on maximizing income for customers and preventing arrears by providing support and utilizing financial information to identify claimable benefits. Previously, as a Universal Credit Co-ordinator, Delia was responsible for minimizing the impact of Welfare Reform on tenants and ensuring timely claims processing. Prior to this role, Delia worked as a Service Consultant at Apex Resources Ltd from February 2016 to October 2017, where the emphasis was on delivering exceptional customer service and managing client needs. Delia holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and a College degree in Economy of Commerce, Tourism and Services from the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics.
