Mayur Valanju

Mayur Valanju has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mayur began their career as a Process Engineer at General Mills, where they worked for six years. Mayur then transitioned to management consulting, joining Bain and Company as a Summer Associate in 2005 and later becoming a Consultant and Case Team Leader.

After their time in consulting, Valanju took on roles in business development and strategy. Mayur served as the Director of Business Development at TetraVitae Biosciences, where they developed economic models and led chemical purification projects. Mayur then joined Baxter International Inc., starting as the Director of Marketing for their Contract Manufacturing Division, BioPharma Solutions. Mayur later became the Senior Director of Sales, Marketing, and Contracting for the same division and subsequently served as the Senior Director of IPS Strategy and Services, responsible for the global Integrated Pharmacy Solutions Franchise. Valanju went on to become the Vice President of the Business Transformation Office, driving Baxter's transformation initiatives and leading the program management for the company's cost savings programs.

Valanju then moved to Newell Brands, where they held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer / VP Marketing + GM APAC/LATAM and Vice President of Transformation. In these roles, they were responsible for P&L ownership of the APAC Baby Gear Business, global strategy, decision-making rights, and driving cost savings programs, among other responsibilities.

Most recently, Valanju served as the Vice President of Product Development and Innovation at Kimberly-Clark Professional before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Nutraceuticals in 2023.
