Mayur Valanju has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mayur began their career as a Process Engineer at General Mills, where they worked for six years. Mayur then transitioned to management consulting, joining Bain and Company as a Summer Associate in 2005 and later becoming a Consultant and Case Team Leader.
After their time in consulting, Valanju took on roles in business development and strategy. Mayur served as the Director of Business Development at TetraVitae Biosciences, where they developed economic models and led chemical purification projects. Most recently, Valanju served as the Vice President of Product Development and Innovation at Kimberly-Clark Professional before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Nutraceuticals in 2023.
