Ross Manson

Ross Manson is a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Catalyst Paper since March 2002, where Ross supports Business Workstations, process control systems, and networking. Prior to that, Ross worked as a Mobile Service Technician at Island Microsystems - IMS from May 1999 to March 2002, covering Dell warranty service and other computer/networking calls in North Vancouver Island. Ross holds a 2nd Year Diploma in Advanced Computer Systems Specialty from Vancouver Community College, a 1st Year Certificate in Electronic Technicians Core Program from North Island College, and a Journeyman Bakers Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from Vancouver Community College.
