Bianca Millea

Bianca Millea is a Project Manager at Catalyst Solutions, leading the Top Talents Romania conference, the largest career development event for junior candidates in the country. Previously, Bianca served as a Junior Marketing Specialist at BAT, where responsibilities included employer branding, onboarding redesign, and well-being project management while participating in the HR Global Graduate program. Bianca holds a master's degree from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest. Experience also includes roles in pricing analysis at HP and various positions in recruitment and talent management with AIESEC and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company.
