Ian Russell

Ian Russell is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Accord since May 2023. Ian holds roles as a Mentor for the Catalyst Software Coaching Corner and as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, as well as an advisor for a stealth startup. Previously, Ian had a significant tenure at Loom, where achievements included exceptional net dollar retention rates and expansion revenue targets. Ian's career spans positions at Uberflip, HomEquity Bank, CNW Group, and the University of Guelph, showcasing a strong background in client management, sales, and academic mentoring. Ian earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in Economics and Political Science, complemented by a minor in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
