Julie Gunn

Julie Gunn serves as the Head of Services at SALUS, focusing on enhancing customer success and support. Julie is also the founder of Julie Gunn Consulting & Coaching and works as a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software. Previous roles include Head of Merchant Experience & Customer Success at Shopify, where Julie managed post-sale experiences and led a team for Shopify Plus accounts. Additional experience includes VP of Customer Success at Mobify, VP of Panel Services at Alida, and various senior roles at Vision Critical, where Julie contributed significantly to customer satisfaction, account management, and service development. Julie holds a BA in Psychology and English Language from The University of British Columbia.
