Kiko Taniguchi

Kiko Taniguchi Austin is a seasoned product and customer success manager with extensive experience in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. At Catalyst Software, Kiko serves as Product Manager while also holding roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager since July 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Lux Research and Cision, where Kiko contributed as Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Onboarding & Implementation, respectively. Kiko began a career in customer onboarding at TrendKite, progressing from Onboarding Consultant to Senior Onboarding Consultant before the company's acquisition by Cision. Early experience includes a role as Business Development Representative at Oracle, showcasing a strong background in customer experience and supply chain applications. Kiko earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising with a concentration in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin.
