Mark Kosoglow is the Chief Revenue Officer at Catalyst Software. Mark has over ten years of experience in sales, specifically in developing and managing sales teams. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mark was the Regional Sales Director at School Specialty Planning & Student Development, where they were responsible for a team of 14 sales reps that covered 12 states. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, onboarding, developing, training, and providing ongoing coaching for each person on the team. Mark also helped to set quotas and activity standards, develop tools to track metrics, and hold team members accountable to these standards. In addition, they managed sales training / education, market / business development, sales process creation, marketing materials, and various expense budgets.

During their time at School Specialty, Mark successfully led their team to becoming the #1 overall region for the entire SY13-14 year. They were also #1 in 3 of 4 revenue areas of focus and #2 in the fourth. Mark led all sales reps in newly created sales roles servicing brand new markets to hit quota in the first 10 months of the sales year. Additionally, they successfully led them to 71% more sales in corporate-dictated focus products than the 2nd leading region and 45% more in total ISC sales (new sales function in organization to drive growth) than the 2nd leading region.
