María Florencia Diaz Montaño

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
