Kristin Milosevich

Kristin Milosevich joined Catalyst in February 2023 as the Director, Event Products & Sales Enablement. In this role, she drives the strategy, growth, and cultivation of Events products for Catalyst’s Awards galas and other programs throughout the year. Kristin will facilitate the full circuit of sponsorship sales and fulfillment across all Catalyst events and has accountability for ensuring fundraising goals are forecasted and supported.

Born and raised in South Texas, Kristin relocated to Louisville, Kentucky shortly after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. While employed at an area advertising agency, she headed up fundraising teams for an annual bowling event supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, which serendipitously led to a career in nonprofit community engagement and fundraising spanning over 12 years. Prior to joining Catalyst, Kristin was employed at Humana on the Corporate Communications team as the dedicated communications resource for the Office of Inclusion & Diversity.
