Benchley Adjanie MOISE is an accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer for Francophone Africa at Catalyste+ since October 2022, Benchley has previously held roles such as MEL Consultant at Refugee 613 from March 2022 to March 2023, and MEL Advisor/Consultant at Alinea International from May 2022 to September 2022. As a co-founder and administrator at AGENDHA Jeunes from September 2011 to May 2022, Benchley also worked as a MEL Advisor for RTI International on the IGHI - USAID Project, and contributed as a MEL/Statistician consultant at Ayiti Nexus.
