Kate Burgin possesses extensive experience in management and organizational development across various sectors, including technology, nonprofit, and cultural institutions. Currently serving as General Manager at Catalyte since July 2022, Kate focuses on fostering high-performing, diverse talent in collaboration with Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. Previous roles include Managing Partner for Software/IT Services and Public Sector and VP of Business & Account Development at The Walters Art Museum, along with senior positions at TDC and The Boston Consulting Group. Kate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University.
