Christian J. Puma

Christian J. Puma has over 25 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Christian J. began their career in 1994 as a Ramp Supervisor for Carnival Airlines with I.T.S. Christian J. then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Analyst for Thomson Reuters in 1995. In 1999, they joined Computer Associates, Inc. as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2006, they worked as a Quality Assurance Lead for American Home Mortgage. From 2007 to 2008, they held the role of Quality Assurance Automation for Mortgage at IBM. During this same time period, they also served as Manager, Quality Assurance and Support for NBC Local Media. From 2008 to 2017, they were the Director, Quality Assurance and Support Operations for NBC Universal - Owned Television Stations. Most recently, they have been the Director, Quality Assurance & Support Operations for Catalytic Data Science since 2017.

Christian J. Puma attended Suffolk County Community College from 1993 to 1994, studying Business Management and Culinary Arts. Christian J. also holds a Certified ScrumMaster Alliance certification from the Scrum Alliance.
