Thomas Rijpma

Thomas Rijpma is a Business Developer at Catalyze Group since December 2022, focusing on commercial expansion in the Deep-Tech sector by assisting founders and researchers with funding, investment, partnerships, project management, and strategic development. Previously, Thomas held various roles including Account Executive at Dealroom.co, Founder of the Deep-Tech startup Viqal, and Sales Consultant for Life Sciences at Yacht, where expertise in business development and relationship management was utilized. Thomas's experience also includes positions at Merck Group as Account Manager and Sales Specialist, a research position at CSIRO, and internships at DSM and Universiteit Utrecht, complemented by a Master of Science in Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.
