Jim Chester

Jim Chester is the current General Manager at Catamaran Resort Hotel. Jim has previous experience as a Franchise Owner of Wine Valley Pizza, Inc. DBA Domino’s Pizza, and as the Director of Food & Beverage at both Evans Hotels and Doubletree Sonoma Wine Country. In their current position, they manage a team of more than 250 employees in 10 different outlets, including catering and convention services for over 50,000 square feet of banquet space. Under their leadership, the Catamaran Resort Hotel has won multiple awards for product and service.
