MacKenzie Paddock

Mackenzie Paddock currently serves as the Catering Sales Manager at Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa, having progressed from the role of Catering Coordinator. Previously, Mackenzie worked as an Experiential Marketing Coordinator and Intern at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., contributing to the planning of the Beer Camp event. Additional experience includes roles in wedding support at CES Weddings and Events, as an Events Intern at Trinchero Family Estates, and as a Hospitality Coordinator for the Center for Regenerative Agriculture during the This Way to Sustainability Conference. Mackenzie gained early experience as a Campus Marketing Representative at Insomnia Cookies and served as a President’s Office Assistant while earning a Bachelor's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from California State University, Chico.
