June Roy-Martin, IOM, MBA, currently serves as HR Director for both Catamount & Berkshire East Ski Resorts and Zoar Outdoor since April 2019, alongside a similar role at Catamount Ski Area. Previous experience includes positions as Industrial Team Sales Manager and Human Resources Manager at Carr Hardware & Supply from July 2017 to April 2019, and Vice President of Member Services at Berkshire Chamber of Commerce from January 2013 to July 2016. A long-term tenure at Qualprint spanned from December 1985 to December 2012, where June held the position of Manager of Communications & HR. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and an IOM in Nonprofit Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State University. Additionally, June was the race director for the Josh Billings RunAground from October 1999 to October 2001 and served as the local liaison for the UMASS PMBA Program in Berkshire County from September 2000 to May 2003.
