Shay Prosser

Shay Prosser is currently the Chief Marketing & Engagement Officer at Catapult. Prior to this role, Shay worked at Institute Success as the Vice President where they focused on client success, leadership development, team communication, and employee engagement. They also served as the CEO at Perspecta, a financial education company, and held positions at The Employers Association, Merrill Lynch, Strategic Technologies, and Microsoft. Shay has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University.
