Rouz Jazayeri

Rouz Jazayeri has a long and varied work experience. In 2018, they became Co-Founder and Managing Director of Catapult Ventures, a seed-stage fund focused on finding, backing, and building the next wave of AI, Robotics, Automation, and IOT startups. Rouz also became Director of advanced.farm in the same year. In 2020, they joined the ECE Advisory Board at Purdue University. From 2013 to 2018, they were Partner, Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, where they established and built the firm's business development practice, responsible for building long-lasting strategic partnerships between Fortune 500 companies and KPCB's portfolio companies. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Global Account Manager, Motorola/Google Account, Strategic Account Manager, Apple Account, Analyst and Special Projects Advisor, Executive Office, and Microprocessor Design Engineer.

Rouz Jazayeri received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 2002, followed by a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2004.
